1. Introduction

Welcome to Megharoutes Travel. By reserving a tour package, accessing our website, or utilizing any of our travel services, you express your full agreement to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. We kindly request that you review these guidelines thoroughly prior to confirming your booking with us.

2. Reservations and Payment Terms

• All tour reservations are subject to seasonal availability, vehicle scheduling, and direct confirmation from Megharoutes Travel management.
• To formally secure your travel slot or vehicle charter, an initial token advance payment is mandatory at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be cleared in full before the official commencement date of the tour itinerary.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your scheduled journey, refunds will be calculated based on the following milestones:

• More than 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the initial advance payment is refundable.
• Between 15 and 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the initial advance payment is refundable.
• Within 7 days of departure: The advance booking amount becomes entirely non-refundable.

4. Travel Insurance Notice

Please note that standard comprehensive travel insurance is not inherently built into our core tour pricing. We strongly encourage all travelers to independently acquire appropriate insurance policies to safeguard against unexpected circumstances, such as sudden medical emergencies, trip interruptions, severe weather delays, or lost personal baggage.

5. Limitation of Liability

Megharoutes Travel functions as a ground coordinator and service facilitator. We cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss of belongings, unexpected itinerary delays, or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, roadblocks, landslide events, changes in tribal/state entry rules, or any other force majeure situations. Clients take part in all adventure activities at their own discretion and risk.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are formulated, executed, and interpreted strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the services provided by our agency shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
